Very nice home! It is equipped with everything you would need. We did not have any small children, but if you had small kids or babies, it would be a perfect home.

Great location, great place just as described, James was excellent too! Thanks, may have to stay again.

Splash Parkway was a great place for our family trip of 14 adults and children. The Nerf Gun wall, pool, fire pit and hot tub were a hit with everyone. The location is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the 3 mile drive to Dollywood also. We would definitely recommend Splash Parkway.

Great location to everything! We appreciated how clean it was and the full size washer and dryer set! Most places have the stackables. They provided lots of things for the kids to do with games and toys.
