Only one promotional offer, discount, coupon, or special rate may be applied per reservation. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined, stacked, bundled, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, rebate, negotiated rate, loyalty incentive, or previously applied discount unless expressly authorized in writing by Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins, Inc.

If multiple discounts are submitted or requested for the same reservation, Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins, Inc. reserves the right to apply only the single highest qualifying discount or to void unauthorized discounts at its sole discretion. Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Any reservation found to have unauthorized combined or stacked discounts may be subject to rate adjustment, cancellation, or denial of promotional pricing.
