Splash Parkway is located walking distance to The Parkway, just 1/3 mile walk. This is an incredible and convenient location near everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There are no steep roads to drive to this cabin, the driveway is mostly flat and 4WD is not necessary.

BOOKING
Must be 21+ to book
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Keyless check-in. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code 24 hours before your check-in time. Check-in any time after 4pm. Check-out any time before 10am. Your door code will only be active from 4pm on check-in day to 10am on check-out day. No early check-in or late check-out due to the time needed to turnover and clean the cabin between guests.
PRIVATE PARKING
Maximum 6 vehicles. Parking on the lawn is not permitted.
POOL
There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. You must shower before entering the pool. No food or glassware in pool, on pool deck, or in the pool room. No diving or running. No boisterous or rough play. Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance. Maximum 5 persons allowed in the pool. Floor may be slippery when wet.
INTERNET/TV
High Speed Wireless Internet. Roku Smart TVs set in Guest Mode in every room. **Bring your own passwords for streaming services.**
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, pod and drip coffee makers, fire extinguisher located under sink.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Our housekeeping service provides a START-UP bundle of incidentals for your convenience while at the property – PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen and bath trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine hygiene products, water, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar. Basic cleaning and sanitizing products may be available.
**Depending on the number in your party and/or length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items.**
SECURITY
There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home near the front and side entrances for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund and will be held responsible for any damages
SMOKING
Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking if you smoke inside the property.
FIRES
Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out (except controlled fires in the fire pit). Use fire pit at your own risk. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
PETS
Pets are allowed at this property if the $125 pet fee has been paid. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation before your arrival. Please select the number of pets in your reservation when making the reservation.
CRITTERS
We are serviced regularly by pest control but please keep in mind we are located in the mountains near a National Park. It is impossible and unreasonable to think there will be no encounters with critters. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, stay away and please do not feed it. They are dangerous.
REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. We make every attempt to ensure every amenity is available for your visit and no refunds will be offered if an amenity is not available.
⭐ The entire Smoky Mountain area is very hilly (After all, it IS the Smoky Mountains!) so do yourself a favor and download an "offline map" in your G**gle Maps app. This will let you navigate to our cabin and around the area even if you don't have cell coverage. ⭐
To do this easily:
1. Open the G**gle Maps app and log in.
2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.
3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More, select "Download Offline Map > Download"
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download

Great for families- and for kids! They always had something to do and loved the pool! We grilled out and made s’mores! Would highly recommend!

Don't miss out on this opportunity
*****, Yes those are 5 stars! Our family of 7, including my in-laws walked in with smiles from cheek-to-cheek! Visiting the area for the first time, with our kids 12 and 14 on spring break. You are immediately greeted by the sweet smells of cedar. The entire interior is wood and just invites you in. Don't let the curbside view fool you, this place is 100% modern inside. The octogenarians amongst us loved the single floor layout and not having to battle stairs. We used every amenity offered, the pool was just as advertised, and the hot tub equally so. The grill proved a hit when we stayed in one night. The swings around the cozy fire pit with the soft glow of the surrounding lights were amazing; though, there was a battle to grab the swings that weren't downwind of the smoke. We loved that TVs are everywhere...except the pool ;-) I personally wanted to float in the pool while watching March Madness. My son, a huge Fortnite fan, was amazed to play the PS5 in his own little theater. While my father-in-law, a former history teacher, and I, an Army vet, could watch old war movies without bothering the others. The kitchen was great with clear labeling on drawers and cabinets so you didn't have to scavenger hunt items you were looking for. The bedrooms and baths were great and to have 3/4 ensuite even better. What a spectacular visit! Clean space, kids had a good time. Very close to town
