* Splash Parkway is located walking distance to The Parkway, just 1/3 mile walk. This is an incredible and convenient location near everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There are no steep roads to drive to this cabin, the driveway is mostly flat and 4WD is not necessary.

This house built some great core memories for my kiddos and family. We had 9 people there for a longer weekend. Super close to the strip at Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg. Great location if you looking for that. Provided a couple of garbage bags and as few other things. The only feedback is with the amount of time and people we had, we needed to purchase a few more bags, dishwasher tabs and whatnot. I would not down grade the experience due to that. Kids had a blast. The grill worked well. The fireplace was AWESOME for s’mores and stories. Great family place! I would recommend for a larger family! J

Took my kids and grandkids to this property and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time together. Grandkids had a blast with nerf guns and the theatre. Hot tub was great, but the fire pit was our favorite. We sat around the fire every evening for hours and enjoyed each other’s company and stories! House was nice. Family enjoyed the stay. Nice location. Family loved the theater room. Pretty pricey at the time we stayed. After departure, House keeping tried to say that we damaged the bunk beds but we had pictures to prove it was broken upon arrival. The issue was resolved once we provided pictures. I felt like they wanted to put the blame on us so that it can be fixed under our expense. Justin was understanding. Will recommend to large families. L E S L I E

This place was beautiful just like the pictures and so close to everything perfect location the host was very accommodating.
