* Splash Parkway is located walking distance to The Parkway, just 1/3 mile walk. This is an incredible and convenient location near everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There are no steep roads to drive to this cabin, the driveway is mostly flat and 4WD is not necessary.

We can not say enough about this beautiful property!! The view, cleanliness and attention to detail was top notch. The decor is beautifully done and the color palette/ethetic carried throughout the unit, just beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit 3 of our nights there. The location was perfect to downtown, Publix, vineyards and the hiking we had planned. Thank you Chad and Jill, we look forward to coming back! Nice place for large groups, plenty of space. Needs a few more blankets for the sleeper sofas and garbage bags. The "kids" room was very warm, a window a/c would be helpful.
