We really enjoyed our time at Fun n Sun! The house was perfect for our family. Endless hours in the pool and game room and even some time on the pickleball court. Close enough to Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to enjoy activities there. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It’s secluded but a short drive to everything. We loved the pool table, nerf wall, and arcade table. It is close to other cabins, but was still private enough for our family. Would definitely stay again.

This home is not just a step above the rest, it by far exceeds any home our family of 9 has ever stayed at, both together & individually. It was clean, spacious, well laid out & decorated & comfortable beds. They have done an exceptional job of making this an exciting place for every guest from ages 8 years old to 92. There was something fun to do there for everyone. They even had prepared for our infant w/ a pack-n-play & high chair.The pool & hot tub were a huge hit with the younger 1/2 of our family (adults & child) while the theater was a huge hit w/ every single 1 of us w/ plenty of great movies to choose from.We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen because of all the fabulous places to eat w/in a short drive. We do plan on our next visit there to pick up some steaks to grill & eat out on the deck. It was just a tad too hot this time of year (July) for us older women to eat outside so we're saving that for a fall or spring trip back.My family and I travel often & I have never had a more positive or pleasant experience w/ communication w/ the owner. Joe always answered any questions quickly, thoroughly & was absolutely awesome! One last thing: I had only shared pictures of this amazing home & included amenities with my husband & waited an agonizing 2 months to surprise my son, his family, my brother & his wife & my mother. When each of them arrived & toured the home & amenities, they were all ecstatic to see so many wonderful surprises on every floor!

The Airbnb was great. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Great amenities and amazing customer service! Any time we had a question about anything, Chris was responsive within just a couple minutes and was always very helpful. Overall, lovely stay and would highly recommend!

What an amazing week and place. Spotless and plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. The common pool, lazy river, and entertainment area was a make for this as the 9 kids would have killed each other at the private indoor pool.Great movies, beds, and kitchen. Tons of TVs and plenty of bath towels. I wish I would have stuck in some beach towels.The only thing onsite were the TV remotes. Half were missing batteries or had dead batteries. I think there were 15 remotes. Would have also been nice to have labels on them:)Overall didn’t affect our stay at all. Would come again and stay here!

The home exceeded all of our expectations. The home is in pristine condition it is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bedding was amazing, I actually ordered 2 sets of the pillows for my home after the second night of our stay. All of the adults commented on how comfortable the beds are. Our grandchildren loved the indoor pool and all of the arcade games. We had one blip with the internet when we first arrived, the hosts were very responsive and the issue was corrected within 30 minutes. The location is also a huge plus, it's minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
