Overall great house to accommodate a large group. The listing was as advertised and clean. Communication with the owner or property manager was always very timely and thorough. If I was going to be very critical the only con I would give would be that the internet connection in the house was very spotty and slow. With all of the devices and the door keypads and different amenities that are a selling point that are highlighted of this property then it needs to be better, there were a couple occasions when the front door keypad wasn’t even really functional due to connectivity issues. This is a super easy fix and did not really detract from the house as a lot of our time was spent at the community amenities or out and about doing activities. I would rent this place again if I were coming back to the area and the communication, cleanliness and location were hands down 5/5.

We had an incredible stay. There were five families and we fit comfortably in this gorgeous home. Brand new, comfy beds, lots of sleep options, very well stocked- had a baby closet with a high chair, pack and play, even baby spoons and forks. SO much for our kids to enjoy. We hardly had to leave the house!! Movie theater, private indoor pool, arcade, hot tub, stunning outdoor patios (3). The outdoor spaces might have been my favorite- the bottom had a sofa, fire pit, grill, hot tub and table. The second level had rocking chairs (where we could watch fireworks from Gatlinburg!), third had a swing and some chairs. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra bedding, very friendly host and incredibly responsive. Lastly, the outdoor pool, lazy river, game area, outdoor movie set up, putt putt and more was so lovely. Not crowded, clean, new, relaxing. It was so worth it and we’ve made memories for a lifetime ❤️

Alpine Splash was exactly as pictured and our 2 families had plenty of space. Our teenagers liked walking to the water park, and the adults and younger kids enjoyed the quieter balcony and indoor pool. It was a very hot week in July, but the A/C in the house was fantastic on all floors. We did have some issues getting in with our lock code not working, so standing in the heat waiting was not great, but a new code was delivered after a few minutes. The communication was ok, but dealing with their AI bot response was frustrating. We stayed 9 nights and were expected to use the small trash bins provided outside without pickup during our stay. The bot told us to find construction bins in the neighborhood to place extra trash. For the money we paid, I don't think taking trash to a dumpster in 90-degree heat is appropriate, but we could not find them anyway. We don't plan to revisit the house due to the trash situation, lack of food storage supplies, and very tight fit around kitchen table.
