TRAVEL INSURANCE
* This is not a requirement but is highly recommended. Travel insurance can protect you if someone in your party becomes sick, from natural disasters, and other unforeseen events, depending on your policy. Please look for Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policies for the most comprehensive coverage. We follow our cancellation policy so it's important that you purchase travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel your reservation before arrival or for additional peace of mind.
Starter Pack and Linens
* Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more.
* You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
* You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

* 4 stairs are required for access into the home.

* Your lock code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. You do not need to pick up any keys.
Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
* We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount.
* In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service.
* We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that is out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

There are 4 steps to access the main level of this home - There are 2 bedrooms on the main level.
Other things to note
The community amenity park is expecting to be complete in March, 2025. This is not a guarantee on their timeline, it is an estimate on the completion date only. The community park will have a lazy river, outdoor theater, outdoor pool, outdoor fire pits, life-size billiards, kids splash pad and more. There will be some construction ongoing in the resort but these homes are very well soundproofed.

Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. This place was stunning! I put together a little surprise party for my wife's birthday and the home had everything we needed. We had a good amount of kids with us and they stayed busy the whole time we were there. The indoor pool was a great hit! Looking forward to staying here again! Courtney

Perfect location within 5 minutes of Tanger outlets, food, Walmart, etc. Nice view of the woods off the back decks which was nice and peaceful. The indoor pool and bunk beds were a big hit for our little kids. Justin was very quick on responses. The facilities were very nice with the outdoor pools and turf area with movie screen, the kiddos loved running around on the turf area! Zekeejia

Have been to many cabins around Smokey’s but this one stands out with a lot of amenities and a big pool and lazy river within walking distance.
