Being my first time to Pigeon Forge and Tennessee in general, we loved everything that we experienced in town and the Smokey Mountains. But what really made the trip fabulous, was this property. The Splash Parkway property really left an impression on my family and I. Between the fast responses from our host(s) to and myself, even after hours, really made our trip. The property is VERY clean, spacious, and accommodating. The theater room and indoor pool were a great touch and the HUGE, open floor plan really made our stay not feel cramped at all. Thank you, Splash Parkway Team for the awesome time! We will definitely consider booking again if we return to town.

We had a great stay for my son’s 14th birthday! Everything was described in pictures, easy check in, great location and Karen was very responsive and helpful. The pool was great and there were plenty of activities for the kids to do outside of swimming. The grill and outdoor lounge area were great for the adults to sit around and catch up as well. Everything was great. Highly recommend and will be staying again.
