Everyone loved the house!  It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.  The outside patio area was comfortable and the gas fireplace provided a great ambiance.  The entire place was clean and stocked with everything you need!  The owners were responsive and helpful.  I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as posted in photos. I had trouble with the front door lock but host was rapidly responsive. Would recommend or use again.

We had an amazing time at Urban Chic.   There was really no need to leave after we settled in, but we managed to leave and explore the area.   The cabin was clean and had many amenities.   We had clear check-in and check-out instructions and didn't have a need to reach out for anything else.   We would definitely stay here again!

My nine year old had the most amazing boys trip for spring break!!! The heated pool and fire pit kept us outside, we loved every second and the most amazing sunset!! The host reminded us why we love Tennessee ❤️ we are diamond pass holders at Dollywood but we stayed put and avoided the crowd! I suggest you bring smores and make some family memories!!! One of the most amazing Airbnb experience top notch!!!

First of all, this place is amazing and exceeded all expectations!  We will definitely be returning in the near future!  The beds were cozy and comfortable, the house was perfect, the area had so much to do.  The home had everything you could think of and more that you wouldn't think of.  The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was amazing and all the games!   Justin was the perfect host and Taylar was a perfect co-host.  Any and all questions were answered quickly.   No complaints from us.  We actually did not want to leave!  Thank you so much!
