This stay was so magical and the pictures dont do the place justice at all. Sleeping at night outside while lightly snowing on the hammock bed under blankets was like a scene out of a Disney movie. The owners were always quick with any problems and always made sure we had a great stay whenever I had a question. the ammenities are also top notch with anything from laser tag to ping pong. could stay here and never leave for a week and still be content. We had a terrific time at the cabin. There were three small issues. We arrived at the check-in time of 4p and the cleaning staff was still at the cabin and did not seem like they were in a rush to leave. The upstairs a/c did not work so maintenance had to come out and it took a couple of hours to remedy, but Desmond was absolutely amazing. He was not intrusive, but made sure the a/c was operational. The last thing was there were two sliding glass doors that would not lock. One on the 2nd level and the other on the bottom level. It gave me a little bit of unease while sleeping. Otherwise, the amenities were amazing. The views were amazing and I would come back again! This cabin is absolutely stunning! Looks just like the photos. The views from the top deck were our favorite. We were able to catch the sunrise over the mountains every morning. We also enjoyed all the games in the cabin and how close it was to restaurants and grocery stores. Door dash was also available on those lazy days we stayed in. The jacuzzi and fire pit was a nice added touch. Can’t wait to book with Justin again! Justin’s space was really nice for our group’s weekend getaway. Our favorite part was the views at sunrise. It was convenient for travel between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I’d recommend this place to anyone with a large group that is looking for a serene experience in the mountains.
