We had a wonderful family vacation at Splash Happy! The pool was especially welcome as it brought three generations together for fun and relaxation at the end of the day. The hosts thought of everything (and more) and we felt extremely satisfied with our choice of this home!  This home was a destination in and of itself! The close proximity to Pigeon Forge and other attractions was an added boon.

Fantastic place! Great location to everything near by, and all the amenities at the cabin and on property made it so you never had to leave! Also love the fact that they had already installed rolling baby gates on the stairs. Makes a mom with littles so much less stressed and I feel like every Airbnb should do this! Great stay and fantastic hosts. Will definitely love to visit again!

We loved our stay here. The view was beautiful, beds were really comfy, the privacy was exactly what we needed. The pool, hot tub, and seeing bears were worth the travel, price, and were amazing!

We had an incredible stay. There were five families and we fit comfortably in this gorgeous home. Brand new, comfy beds, lots of sleep options, very well stocked- had a baby closet with a high chair, pack and play, even baby spoons and forks. SO much for our kids to enjoy. We hardly had to leave the house!! Movie theater, private indoor pool, arcade, hot tub, stunning outdoor patios (3). The outdoor spaces might have been my favorite- the bottom had a sofa, fire pit, grill, hot tub and table. The second level had rocking chairs (where we could watch fireworks from Gatlinburg!), third had a swing and some chairs. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra bedding, very friendly host and incredibly responsive. Lastly, the outdoor pool, lazy river, game area, outdoor movie set up, putt putt and more was so lovely. Not crowded, clean, new, relaxing. It was so worth it and we’ve made memories for a lifetime ❤️

We had a great stay!  The house was awesome with lots to do in it as well as in the surrounding area.

House was beautiful- the great room was very stunning with mountain backdrop and perfect for photos.  Outdoor space was a good size and seemed roomier than photos.  Nice touch was each bathroom had full size amenities so no need to bring your own.  Tons of things to keep kids entertained. Even better was the hosts - extremely responsive.  Our coffee machine was not working, they came that day and replaced it.  5 star stay!
