The space
Morning light spills across the mountains as you sip coffee indoors, the view stretching beyond the windows while the house slowly comes to life. Other things to note
The community amenity park is expecting to be complete in March, 2025. This is not a guarantee on their timeline, it is an estimate on the completion date only. The community park will have a lazy river, outdoor theater, outdoor pool, outdoor fire pits, life-size billiards, kids splash pad and more. There will be some construction ongoing in the resort but these homes are very well soundproofed.

We have 6 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 120 guests all within walking distance of each other and we also offer side by side cabins if you need more than 1 cabin. Ask us for additional info.
Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.
Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. Absolutely amazing stay! This home truly thought of every little detail, which made our family birthday trip so special, we were celebrating my birthday, my twin brother’s birthday, and my fiancé, and it could not have been more perfect. From charging stations in every room (such a thoughtful touch) to the incredible entertainment options, multiple game systems, a fully loaded game room, and a karaoke machine, there was never a dull moment. And the beds… WOW! they were unbelievably comfortable, the kind where you just melt into the mattress and instantly relax. The space was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up for both celebrating and unwinding together. It truly felt intentional, welcoming, and family-friendly in the best way. We made unforgettable memories here and are already planning our summer trip back, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Very nice home. We enjoyed our stay. This place was amazing! Our group of 13 fit comfortably. I loved how each room had their own bathrooms which made getting ready fast. It rained during our time there so it was a lot to do in the house like the hot tub and the guys loveddd the indoor pool! I’m already recommending everyone to book this cabin it was a 10/10 for sure! The place was incredible. We had a group of 15 and it didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. Pool area is a great bonus. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking and eating. Justin was very responsive with every message. 10/10 recommend this place for your family stay!
