60+ Days Before Arrival: Reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of all amounts paid, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees incurred at the time of booking.

30 to 59 Days Before Arrival: Reservations canceled 30 to 59 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

0 to 29 Days Before Arrival: Reservations canceled 29 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable and represent third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking. These fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (www.withfaye.com) to protect your trip against unexpected events that may require you to cancel or interrupt your stay. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered cancellations, medical emergencies, severe weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
