This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31. The exact dates will be scheduled based on guest turnover dates so these exact dates are not guaranteed but they are an estimate for the installation and removal dates.

We follow our cancellation policy so it's important that you purchase travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel your reservation before arrival or for additional peace of mind.

In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. There are 4 steps needed to access the main level of this home.
We are available for guest communications from 8am through 10pm. We highly suggest to check in by 10pm as we are not available for communications after 10pm.
This cabin is in a private neighborhood at the top of the mountain featuring incredible mountain views.
In the winter months we highly recommend four-wheel-drive. This will be needed if it snows. We do not offer any refunds for inclimate weather.

Amenities
Beautiful place and great location! This was our second time staying at this cabin and we highly recommend it. The view is second to none and the accommodations made us feel right at home. If you're looking for something quieter than Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but still enjoy the Smoky Mountains National Park, this place is for you. Perfect landing spot for a couple days! Beds were comfortable and space was clean. Be sure to go to Elvira’s for breakfast down the road! This is an amazing place to be! Not only is are all the amenities great the place is beautiful inside and out. The views are incredible. The local attractions are a bonus. The communication I had with the host was fast, kind and helpful. I will definitely book this place again!
