Exterior security cameras on property
This was one of the worst Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and were visiting with our young daughter. Unfortunately, the floors were absolutely disgusting. It appeared the home had not been properly cleaned at all, our daughter’s feet were black from simply walking on them.<br/>We were also very disappointed with the hot tub. It contained hair clumps, hair ties, and bobby pins, making it gross to use. We had specifically chosen this property because we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, so this was a major letdown.<br/>While the host was quick to respond to our concerns, the cleaners did not arrive until the following day. We had to wait around for them, which disrupted our plans and negatively impacted our trip. When they finally came, they only mopped the living room floor without sweeping first, so it was still dirty afterward.<br/>Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and it significantly affected our trip. Perfect getaway glas house and unforgettable memories made! Thanks for a wonderful weekend 🫶❤️ View was amazing and peaceful!
