The space
Soft morning light filters through the trees as you step onto the porch, and the cool Tennessee air greets you with a hint of pine. Inside, the house awakens with the quiet hum of shared spaces, inviting you to spread out and settle into a slower mountain pace. As evening falls, the fire pit glows, the hot tub steams, and the sounds of laughter drift from the game room, creating a warm gathering spot for the whole group.
Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms accommodate up to 18 guests. Five bedrooms each feature a king bed, some with ensuite bathrooms or shared baths and private exterior entrances on the main and lower levels. The sixth bedroom offers two Queen‑over‑Queen bunk beds and one twin‑over‑twin bunk bed, plus an ensuite bathroom and its own exterior entrance, giving families and friends flexible privacy.
Indoor living
Cool‑weather days are perfect for the private movie theater, arcade games, laser tag, a custom built Podium 1 Driving Simulator, air hockey, and a PlayStation 5. Comfortable seating, a dedicated workspace, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, and an ethernet connection keep everyone entertained and connected. A washer and dryer, bed linens, room‑darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets add convenience for longer stays.
Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all essential cookware. A dining table seats 12, with additional seating for four at the island. Outside, three dining tables each seat six, letting you enjoy meals under the trees.
Outdoor living
Even in winter the backyard feels inviting. A hot tub offers soothing warmth, while the fire pit provides a cozy spot for stories and s’mores. A private Pickleball Court, playground, outdoor yard games and a BBQ grill create year‑round fun. Free parking accommodates multiple vehicles, including RVs and trailers, and a private patio or balcony lets you breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Amenities
great location and amenities aside from a few things that could have been better by the cleaning and maintenance staff. I did reach out to the host and got a quick response, hopefully these issues will be rectified in the future. The house AND the hosts were excellent! We had our massive family all together and it comfortably fit us all, the amount of money and work they poured into the backyard really made our stay so much more enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, the movie theater, the games and swings. Everything is super close to that house, many activities you can do within 5 minutes! My family had a great weekend! There was plenty to keep our kids entertained and off their iPads all weekend. We would stay here again. This is a beautiful home with a lot of things todo. It’s close to everything too. Beautiful kitchen , Big Bedrooms, very very soft pillows and mattresses. Big backyard with a lot of activities and. I wouldn’t dare to forget about the playroom and theater. Only thing is I wish I could have tried the driving simulator but maybe next time. It was great 10/10 would definitely recommend and would return.
