We loved the cabin and hopefully will be returning. Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 4 children Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the cabin, which was noticeable immediately upon arrival. We had 7 guests, and everyone independently noticed the odor.<br/>The listing is advertised as non-smoking, so this was unexpected and impacted our comfort. We contacted the host right away. While housekeeping stated they did not notice smoke during cleaning and air fresheners were offered, the underlying issue remained and was not resolved during our stay. They came and brought us febreeze and glade to mask the odor. <br/>We talked to the host parent company to negotiate another change of property and/or a refund, with no avail. Airbnb customer service team took care of us. They refunded us the remainder of the stay and checked out the next morning( we had to stay the night bc we didn’t have anywhere else to go).<br/>To top it off, the kitchen had roaches.<br/>Overpriced, over branded…. Less than $100 a night property if you don’t mind cigarettes. Ashton
