The space
Crisp winter air fills the forest as you arrive at your own secluded retreat, where quiet trails wind through the trees and wide‑open spaces invite you to slow down. Soft light spreads across the 400‑acre property each morning, and evenings settle around the glow of a massive wood‑burning fire pit under a sky full of stars. Whether you’re gathering for a celebration, reconnecting with family, or hosting a seasonal retreat, the expansive private campground offers room to breathe and space to be together.
Sleeping arrangements
The property accommodates more than 16 guests across 11 bedrooms and 14 beds, with 5.5 baths available. Three tiny homes each provide a bedroom, a loft, and a pull‑out sofa bed. An original cabin offers two bedrooms and a full‑size laundry room. Five RV sites with full hookups give additional private sleeping options, and ample tent camping space is ready for larger groups. Bed linens are supplied for the cabin beds.
Outdoor living
Explore 15 miles of biking, horseback, and hiking trails that weave through wooded terrain. Two stocked ponds invite quiet afternoons of fishing or reflection. A massive outdoor fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot on cold nights, while an outdoor basketball and pickleball court adds active fun for the day. The pavilion features an outdoor living room with a gas fire table, an outdoor kitchen with grills, and a dining area for shared meals under the sky.

A well‑equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and coffee maker. Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, and a large dining table offers space for communal meals.
Comfort and convenience
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace support both short visits and longer stays. A washer and dryer, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron keep daily routines easy. Family‑friendly items such as a pack‑n‑play and high chair are available. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. Pets are welcome, smoking is allowed, and self‑check‑in is provided through a smart lock.

Group Pricing
- The price on your reservation includes up to 31 people. We can accommodate large groups of up to 200+
- There is an additional person fee of $7 per person per night for groups larger than 31 guests. Please let us know the maximum amount of guests you will have at
the campground at any point in time. If you'll have a wedding with 150 guests but 50 of them are staying the night, you'd enter 150 guests on your reservation for example.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the 400 acres of this property excluding select owners closets.
Other things to note
If you will have more than a total of 31 persons in your reservation, please reach out to us prior to making your reservation and advise on the total number for your event.
All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.View More

Amazing weekend!
This is an absolute gem! Talk about unplugging with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors! We rode trails on our golf carts- fished, played pickleball, basketball, card games, bucket golf, our dogs ran and played! We cooked wonderful meals in the outdoor kitchen area- enjoyed the fire pits- made smores- jumped on the trampoline and so much more! We can’t wait to go back! So glad I stumbled across this listing Great place to stay ,beautiful surroundings . Well organized and quick communication The was the best spot for our large group! FULLY stocked with everything you need. Our kids had the times of their life as did we! We had 13 adults and 12 kids and had PLENTY of room! We had a few questions pop up and they were so responsive! It’s gorgeous, safe, and affordable! I would recommend to anyone!
