Welcome to Splash Parkway, a family-friendly Smoky Mountains cabin just steps from Pigeon Forge Parkway, with easy access to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

The cabin was beautiful. We were a family of 22 who came down for vacation to watch the Super Bowl, and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The heated pool was a huge hit all three nights & plenty of beds. The theatre room was also a hit for our kiddos. <br/>We weren’t able to enjoy the patios or hot tub due to the weather (we’re Floridians 😅), so we skipped those.<br/>I do wish we had been made aware that the resort itself was completely closed. I did ask, but instead of being told it was closed, we were informed that there were plenty of things to do within the cabin. Had we known, we may have planned differently, as we would have liked to enjoy some of the resort amenities if they had been open (aside from the lazy river, of course).<br/>Overall, we’d come back and visit again, no doubt. We had a great stay! The house was very clean and we loved the community, it wasn’t too far out in the mountains so restaurants and stores were easily accessible especially in the snow. Definitely recommend! Absolutely loved the place and enjoyed my stay here. It was easy to get to the cabin, and inside, as well as access to all its amenities. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but we had to rush out due to the ice storm in the area we were going back to. Would definitely like to come again when it’s warmer out.
