The space
The cool mountain air greets you as you step onto the porch, and the quiet of the Smokies unfolds in every direction. You can picture evenings by the glowing gas fire pit while movies play across the outdoor theater, the hills dimmed in soft twilight. Inside, the gentle hum of the indoor fireplace and the view of snow‑capped peaks set a peaceful backdrop for slow mornings and cozy nights. Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and stand‑up shower, and a streaming TV. Two additional guest rooms each feature a queen bed and streaming TV. The game room provides two bunk beds in a twin‑over‑full configuration, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Room‑darkening shades, fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage support restful nights throughout the home.
Outdoor living

The private heated pool is kept at least 80 °F from March 1 through January 7 and can be opened by request in January and February for a $400 fee per reservation. Brad’s place was great for a family trip! We enjoyed the mountain scenery from a quiet little neighborhood - and best of all the home was easily accessible even in unexpected snowy conditions! Me and my fiancé loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and it’s not too far from activities/ shopping. Brad and the other hosts were super nice and helpful our whole stay ❤️ - totally recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future. Beautiful house. Great Host. Will for sure stay again. Brad was an awesome host and was very responsive! Traveling with many people can get chaotic and you never know what you may need; he made sure we were taken care of. 10/10 for game room and pool areas - SO NICE! And our kids didn't complain about being there because there was so much to do. Will definitely book again!
