* It features a private heated pool (heated at no charge from 3/1 through 12/31). Pool heating is available in January and February upon request. The pool heating fee is \$400 per reservation during January and February. We need at least 2 days advance notice to heat the pool in January or February.

We loved this home. Very spacious with the private pool and hot tub area. We had a great time. Pool lights didn’t work but we made the best of it! Place is very nice and thank goodness we had a pool, it was extremely refreshing in the heat! Our stay was great. The host was very responsive and the house was as described. There were a couple of utility issues while we were there (absolutely not the host's fault) due a utility crew that knocked out both internet and water service to the home. We contacted the host and they contacted the appropriate organizations to get these items fixed quickly.<br/>The house was great and perfect for our family of 8 - it was big enough and plenty of space to allow everyone to do their own thing, it was roomy enough as well that we could all sit in the living room and watch a movie.<br/>Everything was great and we will definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area W

Rented the house for a ladies weekend and never left the pool! The outdoor area was perfect and there was plenty of room inside - beds were comfortable and the space was perfect and didn't feel cramped. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
