In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. Host was quick to respond. Sunsets from the balcony were amazing!!! We saw a bear in the back yard. Pool was perfect for the kids. Game/theater room was the place to be after dinner. We all really enjoyed our stay at the home. It had everything that we needed/wanted. If there was a question, it was answered right away. The home was clean and comfortable. It was an easy ride up to the home and easy parking. We would definitely return here on our next trip to the area. This place is beautiful! Has everything you need and if you need anything else there is plenty down the road. Everything was so relaxing and peaceful, we enjoyed every minute, even our pups did! We all felt right at home! The beds are beyond comfy! The host is responsive and proactive in all needs. We can’t wait to book again! The cabin and the views were absolutely beautiful. There was so much to do inside of the cabin that we really didn't even need to venture out anywhere, granted this was not our first trip down to the Smoky Mountains. The house was well stocked with kitchen amenities and plenty of pots and pans for a group that large. We enjoyed using the fireplaces outside and even cooked Hibachi on the griddle outside. The racing simulator was a little over sensitive and the VR was quite cumbersome to get started but we enjoyed every space of this cabin. We had a group of 10 and spent a great deal of the trip in the pool and the hot tub. I had some feedback to give the host on a few items we noticed and they responded immediately. My only recommendation would be to figure out something for a space to take your dogs to the bathroom because we walked quite a bit and still could not find anywhere to take them so that was a little bit of a challenge but definitely not a deal breaker. Would 100% return!
