Place was just as described. Kitchen was well-stocked with nice appliances. <br/>If you have small children, the bunk room is at the top of the stairs, has no door, just a large opening, and none of the baby gates are large enough to cover the opening. Also, the opening has a curtain to block some light (not all), but will not block any of the sound from the main living area at the bottom of the stairs just outside the bunk room. Not a big deal if you have older kids and are not worried about it, just something to keep in mind if you have younger kids. <br/>Pool room was great, locked with a keypad, and heated. Game room downstairs was a lot of fun, with racing simulator, VR, and karaoke, as well as very large TV. <br/>Outside decks had a great view, with fire table and patio heater hooked up to main gas line, so if weather is good, you can get a lot of enjoyment out there. <br/>No closet space, so plan to live out of your suitcases. Just a few hooks for hanging clothes. Incredible Sunset is a beautifully decorated, well-equipped mountain home that made for a wonderful stay. Check-in was seamless, the home was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances. The beds were extremely comfortable, the fireplaces in the bedrooms were a great touch, and the bathrooms felt luxurious with plush towels. Communication with the host was outstanding responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We did encounter a few minor issues, including the pool not being heated, difficulty operating the porch heaters, and one game in the game room not functioning properly. However, the hot tub was enjoyable and the host’s excellent communication helped offset these inconveniences. Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a family-friendly, beautifully designed mountain retreat with great amenities. Morgan

This cabin was so much fun for our family! We had plenty of space, the kids had a blast, and everything was very clean! Meggan

Cabin was nice. Communication was great. Issues we had: Fan remote missing, TV remotes missing in 2 rooms. PS5 remotes did not work maintenance replaced them on day 4 of our stay -showed up & entered to the cabin with no notice. VR needed update- did not work entire visit. Toilet in 1 bathroom would not flush. Maintenance came and fixed it. It broke again an hour later. Pool temp was too cold to swim the full week. We had 11 guests & ran out of hot water after the 2nd person showered every day. Kitchen & fans were covered in dust. Cobwebs all over the cabin. No dressers, closets or luggage racks. Living out of our suitcases for a week was rough. 1 of the 3 heaters on the porch was broken. Could not move the other 2 that were working. Too cold to enjoy the porch. No blinds can not see in the living/kitchen between 4-5 with sun. We rented this cabin for the game room. Had to spend more money out due to electronic issues. Discussed with mgmt & they declined any credits.
