Wonderful stay! The lay out of rooms was great for small children cabin had a nice high chair, gates at the stairs already installed, and the pool safety features were incredible!! They really thought of parents with young children on this one!! 10/10 Great stay. We were a group of 9 friends celebrating Friendsgiving. We were unable to operate the sauna despite following all instructions but that might be on us. Will stay again A lot of 1 star because we did not stay at the property. I had been driving with my family for almost 5hrs - we were going to arrive early and communicated with Troy about our early arrival and asked for an early check in. He responded by saying he cannot accommodate an early check in on such short notice; it was around 1:30 and we were going to arrive at 3pm instead of 4pm. This is totally understandable so we found a way to kill an hour. Troy cancelled 5 minuntes prior to our arrival claiming a “water issue” that could not be resolved. I found this very inconsiderate given how long we had been driving and not giving us a heads up given we had reached out to him on our way there. The message included an apology but I found it as a “check the box” and not genuine. 4 kids in the car after driving for so long was not cool! Inconsiderate & not transparent. Even if water issue fixed, I won’t stay here as this speaks volumes of who you are dealing with. Rostyslav

Ми відпочивали тут з родиною<br/>Дуже красивий будинок і також природа біля будинку. <br/>Будинок розташований на верху гори і вид звідси був по особливому прекрасний<br/>В будинок потрапили відразу, хоч код від басейну нам надіслали спочатку неправильний, але господар швидко відповів на нашу проблему.<br/>В будинку було чисто і красиво.<br/>На одному з фото в описі є два двоярусні ліжка, але насправді в кімнаті тільки одне таке ліжко, тому ви можете розраховувати тільки на 1 з двох(для нас це стало проблемою)<br/>Також хотів би зазначити що було неприємно, що в кімнатах і на кухні дуже поганий тиск і неприємний запах води.<br/>Для того щоб почистити зуби ми купували воду, тому що вода з під крану має дуже специфічний неприємний запах<br/>Наразі я можу поставити тільки 4 зірки .<br/>Якщо господарі виправлять ці проблеми тоді цей будинок може отримати 5 зірок
