* Splash Parkway is located walking distance to The Parkway, just 1/3 mile walk. This is an incredible and convenient location near everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There are no steep roads to drive to this cabin, the driveway is mostly flat and 4WD is not necessary.

Perfect home and location for a quick Christmas trip before Christmas. We are a family of 5 with three boys ranging from 7-18 years old. The house had something for everyone but the cinema was definitely the star of the show. Great location for quick access to anything and everything in Pigeon Forge. Best house ever! Super Clean, safe neighborhood and close to everything you need. Hosts are GREAT and responsive immediately. I booked this house last minute and they got me in ASAP! If I could give 100 stars, I would. I definitely will be booking this house everytime I visit Tennessee! M

Awesome location and perfect space! We loved the bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms and decor is perfect! Awesome adventure for our family and pets, hope to be back sometime in the future! Thanksgiving 2025 a success thanks to this fantastic air b n b!
