This was one of the cleanest cabins we have stayed in. They were quick to respond if we had an issue. The kids had plenty to do- indoor pool, nerf guns (even the big kids liked them) & PS5. I wish the living room area had more seating as there were 9 adults so some of us had to sit on the floor. Other than that, it was an awesome trip! We will def stay there again! We had a great stay! The cabin was wonderful, the kids loved the amenities, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend. The cabin was perfect. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The heated pool was perfect for the kids after being out in the cold all day. Tons of room for my family of 7 and 2 dogs. We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this cabin with our family! The kids absolutely loved the pool, games, and Nerf guns, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty of space for our group of nine, which made it very comfortable for everyone.<br/>When we arrived, there were a couple of issues with a broken couch and the pool temperature, but the host was very responsive and had everything taken care of the next day. The pool was perfectly warm for the rest of the stay. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the stay feel extra special. The kids also enjoyed the community putt-putt course.<br/>Overall, it was a fabulous stay, and we would definitely stay here again!
