Cabin was nice. No dresser in the master had to keep our folded clothes in our suit cases. Had to do some cleaning once we arrived. Trash was not emptied, pots and plates were not clean, not water spots but grains of food on them. The lot is not pet friendly. We had to take our pups on daiily trips to the visitor center to use the restroom. Grass\weeds were extremely tall. My dogs will not use a dog pad, they are potty trained, it was on the porch for bad weather. It smelled really bad so was not an option. Contacted the owner a couple times they were responsive, but no issue was resolved. I am a small business owner and never want to leave a less than perfect review, but to many issues to let it go. We had a great week! Relatively close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge, beautiful scenery, we had multiple bear sightings while there. We got to use the pool at the north club which was great. We enjoyed time on the porch watching the beautiful views of the smoky mountains while our daughters ran around. Kitchen was well equipped with everything, and bedrooms were nice and quiet. very family friendly and comfortable surroundings Really amazing views and a beautiful house. The driveway is very steep and slightly intimidating but the views make it worth it. We did see around 6 bears who were very comfortable coming close to the house but that only added to the experience. We gave 4 stars for cleanliness but everything else was great. The location is super convenient and an absolutely beautiful view and house, as well as our host being super communicative and easy to talk with. We would absolutely stay here again!
