The space
Soft winter light settles over the Smoky Mountains as you step onto the Grand Porch, the valley below stretching in quiet, snow‑kissed stillness. Inside, the gas fireplace in the Grand Room casts a warm glow, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Gatlinburg’s winter attractions. The hot tub steams gently against the crisp air, offering a perfect spot to soak while the peaks glow pink in the early evening. A private movie theater with Dolby Atmos 7.1 sound promises cozy evenings of film or gaming.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk‑in shower. Two guest bedrooms each hold a queen bed and share a Jack‑And‑Jill bathroom. A full futon sofa‑sleeper in the loft adds flexibility, while the living room and the game room each provide a queen sleeper sofa bed, comfortably accommodating a group of twelve.

The first‑floor game room is stocked with a NERF station, PlayStation 5, dart board, wet bar, Pac‑Man arcade, Multi‑cade, board games, puzzles, bean‑bag chairs, and a cornhole set. The private movie theater enhances evenings with immersive Dolby Atmos sound and a connected PlayStation 5. A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and fast WiFi 7 keeps you connected when needed.
Outdoor spaces
Fourteen hundred square feet of patio wrap the cabin, framing uninterrupted mountain views. The hot tub offers a warm retreat in the crisp air, and a charcoal grill is ready for year‑round cooking. When in season, guests can enjoy resort pools at the Alpine, South, and North Clubhouses, which operate from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

A spacious kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, complemented by washer, dryer, bed linens, room‑darkening shades, heating and air conditioning. Additional comforts include a TV, Bluetooth sound system, arcade games, books, a children’s playroom, and comprehensive safety features such as exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon‑monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit.
Parking, EV charging & pet policy
Parking is available for four vehicles, and a Level 2 – 50 Amp EV charger is on site. A whole‑house backup generator ensures power continuity. The cabin is pet‑friendly, allowing up to two dogs (max 50 lb each) with a pet fee of $125 per reservation.

One of the cleanest and most well stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in. Everyone in our group of 6, including a 6yo and a 3yo, had only good things to say. Highly recommend! Great rental close to Gatlinburg plenty of games and the host was good Heather

The cabin was wonderful. We enjoyed the fire place and hot tub. My son loved the downstairs game room. The rooms were comfortable and the cabin felt spacious. Would definitely return.
