Alpine Splash features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 20 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room with arcades and board games, private indoor theater with 85" TV and Sonos surround system, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with mountain views and a private fire table with rocking chair seating near the hot tub.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. (Please note that this offer excludes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve/Day)

The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction. Construction is mostly complete around this particular property but is not 100% complete.

This property is located just 1 mile from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It's within the brand new Smith Creek Reserve luxury resort. The roads leading to this cabin are easy driving with no steep inclines nor sharp turns.
The community amenity park is now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with your stay.

Christmas Getaway
Overall it was a great stay. Despite having construction going on, even on the weekends, right outside the door it was fairly quiet in the house. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with lots of plates, cups and silverware. Indoor pool, outside hot tub and fire pit were great for hanging out and we truly enjoyed movie nights in the theatre room snuggled with popcorn and blankets. They are actively building another row of homes right behind this home, so the view is none existent but the inside makes up for it! Great communication with owner who was quick to acknowledge any needs or concerns. M

Nice place and responsive host
The house itself is great. Nice furnishings and the beds were comfortable. A couple misses are the house was shown in multiple places to have 5 kings beds when in fact the downstairs room is not a king (it’s a full). The game room had a great table top pac man/galaga game but to use it you need to kneel on the floor as there are no chairs or seating available upstairs to use it. Location was great! And once construction is complete in the community this will be an awesome rental. Overall super happy and would definitely come back again! Thank you!! M

Perfect location and house
Amazing house with awesome amenities. Construction in neighborhood was not an issue for us but might be for a little time with young kids. House was clean clean clean and all appliances and items were top notch. Best stay in area thus far out of 10 or more.
