The space
Crisp winter air greets you as you arrive at a secluded 120‑acre forest retreat, where quiet trails wind through towering trees and the soft glow of a fire pit lights the night sky. Mornings unfold with gentle light spilling over open fields, inviting you to breathe deeply and linger awhile. Evenings settle around the wood‑burning fire pit, the scent of pine mixing with the crackle of flames as stars appear overhead. Sleeping Arrangements
The property accommodates more than 16 guests with 11 bedrooms and 14 beds, plus 5.5 baths. Three tiny homes each contain a bedroom, a loft, and a pull‑out sofa bed, while an original cabin provides two bedrooms and a full‑size laundry room. Five RV sites with full hookups and additional tent camping areas expand capacity for larger groups. Bed linens are supplied for the cabin beds.
Outdoor Living
Fifteen miles of biking, horseback riding, and hiking trails weave through wooded terrain, and two stocked ponds invite quiet afternoons of fishing. A massive outdoor wood‑burning fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot on cold nights, and an outdoor basketball and pickleball court offers active play during the day. The pavilion features an outdoor living room with a gas fire table, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, and a dining area for shared meals under the sky.

A well‑stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and coffee maker. Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, and a large dining table seats the whole group for communal meals.

Daniel was a great host. This is a beautiful property with lots to do for all ages. He was quick to respond and help with anything we needed regarding our stay. Great place to stay ,beautiful surroundings . Well organized and quick communication The was the best spot for our large group! FULLY stocked with everything you need. Our kids had the times of their life as did we! We had 13 adults and 12 kids and had PLENTY of room! We had a few questions pop up and they were so responsive! It’s gorgeous, safe, and affordable! I would recommend to anyone! Beautiful and peaceful. Had everything we needed and more. More land than you can cover on foot. Was perfect for our student ministry group. Prime location to several surrounding state parks.
