The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that is out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

We have 6 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 120 guests all within walking distance of each other and we also offer side by side cabins if you need more than 1 cabin. Ask us for additional info.

✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.
✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. Good place. Flies were a problem. Did mot like taking our excessive trash to basically a construction dumpster. Lots of bugs in the lower level theater room floor. Only 1 set of jets ever worked on the hot tub. Lastly, just 1 stackable laundry station is not ideal. Outside of those issues it was a nice stay. AC worked well on each level. Our stay at Cannonball Trail in Sevierville, TN was nothing short of perfect! The property was beautiful, clean, and had nice little personal touches —everything we hoped for and more. The hosts were welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and will absolutely be back the next time we visit the Smokey Mountains. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! K

No trash pickup was an issue, other than that the house was awesome! Bring casserole dishes if you plan on serving anything like that. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!
