MILITARY, VETERAN, POLICE & FIREFIGHTER DISCOUNT
We are proud to offer all current military, veterans, police, and firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first, then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check-in.
NEED MORE SPACE?
We have 6 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and can accommodate groups of up to 120 guests, all within walking distance of each other. We also offer side-by-side cabins if you need more than one. Ask us for additional info.
Please note: The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit. These homes are very insulated, so the noise is limited inside. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

great place, very spacious and nice. I can’t say enough about this house and overall experience. Top notch in every way! Cannonball Run was amazing and we will definitely be back! We visit this area frequently and have never stayed here but just found our new favorite spot. We had a few minor issues and they were resolved immediately by our host. The house was TRULY GREAT and the hosts included lots of extras to make it extra welcoming. Plenty of starter items for the stay and phone chargers were by every bedside, just to name a few. The beds were incredibly comfy and the description online was spot on! The outdoor pool area is amazing as well! This was a great fit for our group of 13 with room to spare. The hosts were extremely responsive. We did notice a bug problem during our stay, this was unsettling, but the host stated it would be treated right away.
